A Coordenadoria de Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação (CTIC) informa que está trabalhando em conjunto com a empresa desenvolvedora do software para solucionar o problema.
A UEA salienta, ainda, que os demais serviços não foram afetados por esta falha, permanecendo ativos e disponíveis.
